Permanent Ads and Banners on Games4UWorld

All third party adverts must submit a proposal of the, design including images and text, length of time the ad is to be shown and links they wish to post on Games4UWorld. This includes but not limited to product placement with games and/or countries, associated products, sponsorship for events and/or competitions. These include includes but not limited to ads and/or banners mutually exchanged or paid for in advance.

On agreement of any advert, the amount due must be paid in full and clear into our account before they can be made live. Renewals for adverts must be paid for and cleared into our account be before the end of contract date.

All third party reserves the right to cancel they ads at anytime. Third party must give at least 7 days notice in writing before their ads can be stopped.

Refund will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the nature, complexity and time taken by Games4UWorld to stop the adverts.
